1. Information we may process
Depending on how MARK-103 is used, we may process Telegram identifiers and usernames, email correspondence, device identifiers submitted for a service (such as IMEI or serial number), selected service, order status, timestamps, payment references, amount and currency, and standard website/server logs.
2. Why we process information
We use information to provide requested services, route orders to service providers, deliver results, maintain order and payment history, prevent abuse, provide customer support, reconcile payments and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Service providers
Information required to fulfill an order may be transmitted to third-party service providers. Payment-related information may be processed by the selected payment provider. We aim to share only the information reasonably required for the relevant purpose.
4. Card information
MARK-103 does not intend to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Card and wallet payments are handled through the payment provider's secure payment flow.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
