Last updated: August 11, 2026.
1. About MARK-103
MARK-103 is a digital service based in Kharkiv, Ukraine. It provides device-information checks and access to supported provider-backed digital service orders. Customer support is available at support@mark103.com.
2. Eligibility and authorized use
You must use MARK-103 only for lawful purposes. For services involving device management, carrier status, account-related restrictions or similar device controls, you must own the device or have explicit authorization from the owner or organization responsible for it. MARK-103 must not be used for theft, fraud, unauthorized access, evasion of legal restrictions or other unlawful activity.
3. Order information
You are responsible for providing accurate order information. Before confirming an order, review the service type, IMEI or serial number, device model, carrier and any other required details. Provider-backed orders may become non-cancellable after submission.
4. Prices and balance
The current service price is shown before order confirmation. Provider pricing and availability may change. Where MARK-103 uses an internal account balance, successful payments are credited to that balance after payment-provider confirmation and may be used for supported MARK-103 services.
5. Processing and availability
Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Instant checks may be returned quickly, while asynchronous or manual services may take longer. Service availability can change due to provider, carrier, manufacturer, technical or regional limitations.
6. Results
Results are based on information returned by third-party providers and available data sources at the time of the request. MARK-103 aims to present provider responses accurately but cannot guarantee that third-party data will always be complete, current or error-free.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Failed or rejected orders are normally credited back to the MARK-103 balance. Orders submitted with incorrect customer-provided information may be non-refundable where the provider does not issue a refund.
8. Payments
External payments are processed by authorized payment providers. MARK-103 does not intend to store full card credentials. Payment-provider terms, fraud controls and bank authorization may also apply to each payment.
9. Service changes
MARK-103 may add, remove or temporarily suspend services when provider availability, technical conditions or compliance requirements change. Orders already accepted will be handled according to their status and applicable refund rules.
